Designed like a game-show it focuses 100% on boosting morale with a pure adrenaline shot of FUN & CONNECTION. Ugly Holiday Sweaters strongly recommended 🙂

How It Works:

Virtual PLAYshops are completely remote and can take place while your team is working from home. Teams of 8-100 can be accommodated. There are 3 components:

1. Group Games

Fun and interactive (improv-influenced) games that are designed to get teams to break down barriers and learn about themselves and the group at large.

2. Positive Psychology

The research behind what makes life worth living and aims to discover and promote the factors that allow individuals and groups to thrive.

3. Fun FINALES!

Interactive and FUN virtual finales that will be sure to have the team grinning from ear to ear! Think: Virtual Rock Bands, Epic Group Speeches, Dance Parties & More!

Pre-Game: Guess that (Holiday) Tune!

INTRO

- FOP Rules, What Playing For

- Name Fun! Deep Question (5 Year Holiday Celebration)/Silent Ovation.

Large/Small Sample Group Games Sequence – High Energy PLAY! 1-3 Hours

Rudolph Scavenger Hunt – Whole Group. Find something that's.....red. Festive, Smelly. Furry, small, happy, from different country, price tag, you should get rid of, hard to explain to parents, you want more of. ,etc ,etc Trophy for best ones!
Follow Me Holiday Party - Play ‘Jingle Bell Rock’ Highlighting participants for 2-3 seconds as everyone else follows. Trophies – best moves. Most enthusiastic
5 Tree Things –Groups of 5, same each time. High energy/positivity game! Each person goes one at a time. They get a topic and say first 5 things that come to mind. Group cheers them on no matter what (ie. 1! 2,!, 3!,etc). Al[phabetical – get through as man ppl as possible. Trophies for first team back & Best Answers. E.g Topics are fun holiday themed (e.g 5 Awesome things about holidays, 5 Things on the Best Holiday Sweater, 5 of the Worst Gifts Ever,etc)
Holiday Island Fun – Groups of 5. In small groups/breakout rooms. On an island during the holidays on a secret mission, everyone shares 3 things they would take with them representative of who they are and share why. After everyone’s shared they get instructions to devise a plan to get off the island using ALL the objects they brought. Award: best objects/plans

T’was the Night (Story Builders) - Groups of 4 you build a story 1 sentence at a time along with positive reinforcement. Title of story is given prior to starting (e.g ‘The most Epic Holidays!’). Award: Most epic story!
Impressive Holiday Tower –build holiday towerwith anything around you. Keep Camera On. Goal: Most impressive/unique. Unique materials, etc. Mission Impossible Theme. Award: to largest and most unique/impressive
Holiday Art Gallery Critic – Groups of 12-15. People create holiday themed ‘art’ in their virtual boxes using objects & by posing. There are two ‘critics’ who go around & critique what they see. Then pass off to other ‘critics’ & new art pieces. Award: Best art & critic
Green & Red Group Draw/QuinTriplets –Find as many ‘festive’ things in common with your group as possible. Stranger the better. Then: Create a drawing using whiteboard/annotation, only using Red or Green. Create a theme or team name based on what you found out previous round. Save pic and share with larger group. Award – most unique, highest #. Best Drawing
FINALE : Holiday Rock N Rolla– 5 Min, Whole Group. Play ‘ Don’t Stop Believing’ with Holiday Movie – whole song! Each person picks an instrument and rocks out. Each introduced at one time. Gets filmed & is hilarious! Award: Most rocking – group & individual
