The Teamwork PLAYshop is the ultimate team building workshop! It is truly the best of all worlds & focuses on the 4 fundamental keys to building successful teams: positivity, connection, communication & achievement.

We use the power of PLAY to teach 'modern day business skills' with a focus on workplace wellness.

How It Works:

PLAYshops are fun, experiential & highly impactful! This team building workshop can take place right in your office or at any locally scheduled event, conference, retreat, etc. All materials provided and teams of 8-200+ can be accommodated. There are 3 components to building a more cohesive team:

1. Group Games

Fun and interactive games that are designed to get teams to break down barriers and learn about themselves and the group at large.

2. Positive Psychology

The research behind what makes life worth living and aims to discover and promote the factors that allow individuals and groups to thrive.

3. ‘Art-ivities’

Fun experiential activities to bring it all together. Don't worry….no artistic abilities necessary!

INTRO

BIG IDEA: Don’t be the best on the team, be the best for the team

Key #1: Positive Mindset

Content - Top 10 Positive Emotions (What), Gratitude/Appreciation (How), Benefits - broader perspective, challenges, contagion (Why)
Sample Games – Groupie RPS, 5 Things, Story Builderz, Trifecta
Discussion (Partners/Group Share) – How can you apply gratitude/appreciation) more consistently and authentically at work?

Key # 2: Connect and Engage

Content – Valuable Interactions (Quantity, Quality), Power of Questions, ACR (Active Constructive Response). Find the Common Story
Sample Games – Askhole (3 Rds), Birthday Commonalities, Partnesia, 3 Noses
Discussion (Partners/Group Share) – What can you do on your team to create more engagement (quantity/quality)? How can we connect deeper?

FINALE

Artivity*: CN Teamwork - A 30 min guided Art-ivity to round out the PLAYshop! In small teams, teams will try to build the tallest free standing tower possible (with a twist!) & with specific materials. Teams will learn about achievement, communication & teamwork in the process.
